Our organizational assessments are full spectrum. Using individual and group interviews, and document and values reviews, we gauge workplace culture and policies in order to decrease marginalization and increase belonging.

Gender Expansive Sexual Harassment Training (Compliant)
Organizations are comprised of diverse people and backgrounds. Using interactive hypotheticals that integrate numerous gender identities and expressions, thorough information about sexual harassment and the law and culture building, we provide sexual harassment training that meets the reality of the workplace.

Leadership Coaching
What are the best practices for giving and receiving feedback? How can we do what we need to do as leaders while building trust and resilience for hard conversations? We offer leadership coaching in small sessions tailored to ensure that your organization leads and lives by its values.

Employee Handbooks
Employee policies are often the first and last thing team members see. We partner with your organization to write policies that are readable, usable and in alignment with your values to support all your staff needs.


Learning and Development Sessions

Our tailored learning and development sessions are interactive and comprehensive to help you build more a more socially just organization. We will support you with actionable tools and knowledge to engage with difference in a wide range of topics from solidarity across race to trans and non-binary inclusion. We apply a combination of research, liberation pedagogy, and real-life hypotheticals to support you in identifying and filling organizational gaps.

LGBTQIA Literacy and Beyond
Increasing LGBTQIA Competency identifies and targets a persistent gap in knowledge and equity practices. By raising demographic and cultural awareness with specific attention to transgender, intersex, non-binary and non-conforming communities, we will develop a new skill set for a building an inclusive environment for every member of your organization

Allyship 2.0
How can we advocate for ourselves and others in the workplace? Allyship 2.0 shines a light on the obstacles and best strategies for allyship. From leveraging our relationships to recognizing our own capacity, Allyship 2.0 equips people across all teams with the tools that everyone can use to show up at work.

Solidarity in Action
What comes after allyship? Solidarity in Action focuses on providing participants with advanced tools. From unlearning fragility to overcoming defensiveness, participants build a toolkit for fostering a healthy environment for themselves as well as the growing number of womxn, queer, and transgender people of color at the center of our work.

Unlearning Anti-Blackness in Non-Black Communities
The racial landscape of the United States includes dynamic challenges, conflicts, and alliances, but the oppression of Black people is fundamental to how we understand all other races in America. In this session, we will challenge our personal practices, build skills for discussing anti-Blackness with our communities, and commit to de-centering ourselves in order to center Black livelihood.
